Aims

Through the following aims our volunteers hope to achieve and inspire positive acts: to care for others, to respect our neighbors, to help the elderly, infirm and the vulnerable, to endeavor to coordinate aid for communities in crisis, to support education for those without opportunity, to seek medicine for the infirm, or simply help a neighbor in need.

  1. To encourages others to act in a compassionate, caring and all embracing manor.

  2. To uplift the lives of those in need through voluntary service, and fundraising campaigns,

  3. To do what we can to help the needy wherever and whoever they may be.

  4. To support education for those without opportunity, raising funds for scholarships to assist individuals globally that have no money for school or books,

  5. To seek medications for the desperately impoverished.

  6. To organize help for the old and ailing within our communities

  7. To be a positive influence, encouraging excellence, and inspire the perseverance needed to strive for the extraordinary.

  8. To protect the vulnerable, whether it be human, animal, or environmental

  9. To be a non-sectarian, non-political, non-religious based movement, that embraces all faiths, all nations, all creeds, and races, who's ideologies encompass the spirit of compassion for the weak, and respect each individual's right to hold their diverse beliefs.

  10. To embrace what binds us together rather than focus on what divides us.

  11. To interact with other organizations with similar aims such as Rotary International, Kiwanis International, Lions Club, the Knights of Columbus and Star Wars fan groups focused on charity activities.

  12. To make a positive difference in our local communities and help globally where we can.

  13. To simply help neighbors in need.

  14. To extend that compassion to all living things and champion the need to protect the Earth. It's the only one we have.

Structure

Guardian is the figurehead and ethical overseer. It is his job to provide guidance and motivation.

Visionary Board provide strategic direction, project oversight, and general strategy.

Captains of the Force for Good are regional leaders identifying and coordinating local initiatives in individual regions. Like on a ship, there can be only one Captain and he should be elected periodically by the volunteers in his locality.

Stewards of the Force for Good are appointed by the Captain to manage individual aspects of local initiatives

Volunteers are The Force for Good. They are the heart of the organization, contributing what service they can, when they can, aiding in fundraising where possible, informing their Captain of areas of need that they perceive at monthly meetings. Of Course they can act individually to help individuals in their local community and enlist their friends to join this movement.

Ambassadors of the Force for Good are members who also interact with other socially active groups such as Rotary International, Kiwanis International, Lions Club, the Knights of Columbus and Star Wars fan groups focused on charity activities. They act as go-betweens to coordinate combined activities between groups

What is a Force for Good Collective ?

A Collective is a local group of compassionate individuals who promote and act upon the values of The Force for Good in their own community. Each Collective is a beacon of compassion, bringing people together—fans, families, friends, and neighbors—to turn empathy into action.

Each Collective decides for themselves how to best uplift their communities— helping the vulnerable, protecting animals, supporting education, caring for the planet, or simply spreading kindness to someone in need.

Each Collective is connected, forming a global network of hope that transcends nationality, culture, and creed. There are no borders, doctrines, or divisions—only people interconnected, side by side to make their corner of the world a little brighter.

How to Join or Start a Collective ?

First you join our organization. Then email us to find out if there is already a Force for Good Collective in your area. If there is we will connect you to them.

If no Force for Good Collective exists in your area... we'll work together to start one and enlist friends, family, and local volunteers. DON"T WORRY, you don't have to do everything yourself. First form a discussion group with other like minded individuals. Connect with the global Visionary Committee for advice and inspiration, then from the members in your group elect a Captain and Stewards and... go make a difference in the world. Be an example to others, respected as a doer within your community.

Every Collective is unique, shaped by the passions of its members and the needs of it's community: They dealing with local issues, with support from a global network. Together we try to deal with bigger initiatives, bringing hope to the hopeless, showing others that kindness is a universal language, and it only takes one act to start a conversation.   If you read this far, don't you think YOU SHOULD JOIN US?
